At Capital Bee Supply we strive to bring big and little beekeepers the best protection available. Our children’s ventilated beekeeping suit is made with a three-layer open mesh fabric (same as that used in our adult ventilated bee jackets) that keeps your little beekeeper cool while keeping them protected since the layering method limits the chance of bees stinging through the suit. The suit utilizes a dual zipper system at the neck, allowing them to free their head when protection from stings is not needed. The wrist and ankle areas have elastic sewn in to keep bees from getting to access the inside of the suit. The legs cuffs also include zippers to allow the bottom of the leg opening to be expanded to make it easier to get the suit on. Thumb straps and heel straps keep the cuffs from riding up as your little beekeeper is examining the bees. The screen is a synthetic vinyl coated mesh that is puncture, tear and UV resistant.
