Honey Gate – 1-1/2″

Description

A honey gate is a plastic valve that can be installed in many different pieces of honey house equipment, from pails to tubs to tanks. This valve is designed to fit in a 1-3/4″ hole and has a plastic nut and an O-ring on the back to secure and seal it to the pail, tub or tank wall. The gate on the front of the valve seats against another O-ring to seal. The seal pressure and the amount of force needed to operate the gate can be varied by the screw and wing nut on the gate. This valve also features an integrated drip tab.
