Introduction to Beekeeping – Seminar

Ever thought about keeping bees? In this seminar you’ll learn the very basics of beekeeping.

Class Dates: Thursday evenings 7pm-8pm, March 2 nd thru April 6 th (6 sessions)

This class offers approximately 6 hours of instruction where you will learn the basics of: bee biology,
hive equipment and protective gear, apiary location, obtaining bees, installing your first package or
nuc, early season care and feeding, identification of common honeybee pests and diseases, and
basic hive inspection.

Class Location: Live online line via Zoom.
