Teaching Hive Body – Brood

Description

Our brood teaching hive body consists of 9 wood frames with photos on each side taken of one of our own hives in mid August 2010. The photos are representative of a hive built up from a spring package of bees and show capped brood, larvae, honey, etc. On one of the frames the queen can be easily seen (she was marked with a green dot). Each frame is numbered making it easy to maintain their acutal position in the hive and each has a brief descrition on the top bar of what is shown on the frame. Comes completely assembled, painted and ready to use. This is a great teaching tool, both for instructing beekeepers and for showing non-beekeepers about bees.
